H2O...it is the biggest factor. Other than that, nitrogen fertilizer now and a balanced one later.

If you get the right seeds then you won't need any extra chemicals. Water, heatlamps, and good soil will give your indoor lawn the most satisfaction.

Try not to use chemicals. The deplete your soil, which in the long term is bad.
Use something like Bionetix Uk biostimulant. i have used this for my fruit and veg and it works a treat.
i belive they have something for grass.

bugs, use "bug-b-gone"
weeds, use "weed-b-gone"
