Im a 26 year old male, and i weigh 94kg. I have been attending gym 3 times a week for 5 months and my sessions consist of

45 mins Cardio (Cross Trainer/Bikes/Rowing)
30 Mins Weights

My diet during week is normally as follows:

8am - Bowl of Cornflakes/Crunchy Nut Cornflakes (sometimes with bannana)

1:00pm Pasta, Tuna and sweet Corn (normally about a cereal bowl full), normally have bag of Walkers Baked Crisps with it. (100 calories and are low in fat)

3:30 Sometime have another bag of Walkers Baked or Apple


6:00pm - Have a chicken/ham baguete with salad in it.


On weekend i try to stick to same plan but we may go to restraunt for steak or pub for sunday dinner.

I dont really drink unless i go out with ppl or with my sunday lunh have a pint of lager.

If ne1 can help me see whats happening id be greatful cos i eat nowhere near the 1500 calories im supposed allowed and i exercise every other day. I asked docter but he as good as called me a liar and said its impossible.

I lost the bracket with the 2 nuts that come up thru the rear fender on my 03 FLHT (The bracket to mount seats), and have no idea what it is called, costs, or part #...I lost the old one in a seat change, by forgetting to re-install the 2 nuts on the bolts, and lost the old one while going down the road as it was totally free and loose. Now, I am stuck riding with only my Corbin Stinger, and the wife absolutely HATES it. I also have a Corbin Classic solo and passenger pillion/backrest, sitting there, unable to be used; all I need is this one little bracket, and we are happily back on the road.......does someone out there know where I can get one, or have one to sell or give away? (It's not a high-dollar or much sought-after item, I am sure) In fact, I wouldn't doubt that someone may have one or more of these just lying aropund in their garage or shop, and I would be so grateful for any help....Riding's no fun with momma not happy or comfy, please HELP! This dog is kept in a conservatory - this is its kennel. We live in terraced houses & the owner + dog moved in Christmas 2005. It is a total nightmare living next door to this neighbour - she has no respect for me or her dog who she often leaves for 10 hours. The conservatory doors are left open and the dog wanders the garden. She sprays potpourii in the conservatory and the combination of that and stale sweat from the dog is revolting. I have tried involving the Council but I came up with a 'smartie' who tried to pull my statement apart instead of trying to solve the problem.

Are there any rules regarding keeping animals to the point of upsetting neighbours?

This can't be a normal situation surely.

I can't go in my garden to sit and enjoy because it just about chokes me after a couple of minutes. I can't hang my washing out because I think that will smell as well.

And how can I sell with above legacy?

I like this guy, "Josh". He's a pretty shy guy. That's my problem. I know he's dated before, but I don't think he's catching the signals I'm giving him. I took almost all of my Saturday to watch his sports tournament. I text him a lot. I bought him a pair of sunglasses that I thought would look good on him. I even remembered his b-day. Don't get me wrong, though. I'm not stalking him or anything. I think he likes me back, but he's not taking the "bait". Any advice, suggestions, comments, etc.?

I picked out a dress for my cousin's wedding that is white, but very plain. I was planning to dress up it with colored belt, matching color earrings and probably similar color heels. My friend that I showed it too said white is off limits for weddings. I hadn't thought about it, and know I've seen others wearing white. I was thinking that with the color accents that it would be fine.
