that depends on what kind of techno you want-A good techno-industrial band is eisbrecher (song: fanatica), A pretty good blues/jazz techno group called LordMing has a bunch of short very techno-y songs. I'm sure there are other good techno bands but those are the only I can think of now.

look for a song called "Trance and Acid" i don't know who the artist is, but it's amazing. and if you don't know the song Back to Mad from Texas ******* (maybe spelled incorrectly), then it's a good one too. also, Red Sky from Noxious Grooves is good.
