I need help: I don't think he's getting the picture!?

I like this guy, "Josh". He's a pretty shy guy. That's my problem. I know he's dated before, but I don't think he's catching the signals I'm giving him. I took almost all of my Saturday to watch his sports tournament. I text him a lot. I bought him a pair of sunglasses that I thought would look good on him. I even remembered his b-day. Don't get me wrong, though. I'm not stalking him or anything. I think he likes me back, but he's not taking the "bait". Any advice, suggestions, comments, etc.?

You mean he doesn't want to play your "hint" game. Why don't you stop dropping "hints" and step up and ask him out...or would that be too easy?
