The DA and the Franchised Taxed board has the case. If my ex works long enough for a wage attachment they put one in place and thats as it should be however I just wonder if my kids will ever see the $50,000 + that is owed to them in back child support or if I should sign off on it? It just seems to cause stress between their father and I because he is always bringing it up and telling the kids he can't get ahead because of it. I honestly don't think we will ever see the money and less stress would be best for my kids. But I hate to give away their money if there is any chance they might get it somday,. Has anyone out there ever gotten money owed on back childsupport years later?
