We've all seen that enormous lobby of New York City's Grand Central Station, with the ticket booths and the clock in the center. Is there a name for that part of the station? The Grand Lobby, or something like that?

Penn Station on Seventh Avenue had even a more spectacular design than Grand Central Station. Sad to say, they tore it all down in the early 1960s to build the new Penn Station. Also the lobby area at Grand Central is known as the terminal.
