cause it looks nice when you put on nailpolish and some people consider boys gay if they have long nails

Girls, well at least me, keep their nails long to make cute. If your nails are longer then you can have more room to paint them, they look good without paint, like you got a french tip, and you can hurt people as a last resort, in self defense. Guys shouldn't have long nails because they tend to need some upkeep and it seems a little like they guy is acting like a girl. Plus guys tend to play more contact sports and the long nails would break and look bad. In regards to nail length guys and girls should not be even.

I have short nails. Long nails unless fake really annoy me. If I have an itch I end up scratching myself, etc. and it's not fun.
As for guys having long nails..I think girls dislike it because they want to be the ones with nice nails.
It's like when a girl who's growing out her hair sees a male with long hair. Hate it!
We get jealous sometimes...

I save my nails somewhat long. some million/8 inch above the tip of my arms. I paint them specially circumstances and pass away them organic at different circumstances. i like my nails and my palms frequently.

It makes girls feel good about themselves unless they brake one, it makes cool noises when you tap them and make your hands feel pretty.
Guys shouldn't have long nails because it disgusting you are not a girl, you should just start wearing a skirt also if you are going to go with the long nails. Get it now?

NO we should not be even and i for one keep my nails long for several reasons they are handy and if some one pisses me off i can scratch or pinch then but lately i cut my nail cause it cut someone with them so we mostly have them for protection and they are cuter than fake ones well fake nails are cute to

i like short nails because they are cleaner and more hygienic. my nails are short right now. sorry but i hate long nails!
