I've started walking about 3 miles a day. I eat pretty healthy, drink lots of water, but I was wondering if walking will actually make any difference. I don't mind running, but it's much easier to motivate myself to walk. I'm also walking up and down hills if that makes a difference.

Ladies, Im 24 years old & wana get a breast reduction...yea the boobies are big not extreme but yes they've gotten bigger over the years. The thing is I want an experts opinion who's had them done without doing the consultation yet. How much? How do i pay for it? do they have payment plans?How long till it heals & how long do i gota be out of work for? give me any details you could give me...I trully wana get the procedure done. I am a male and when i look in the mirror i feel ugly. I try not to be so negative but i can't do anything about it, and its the way i was born. I wish i just didnt have flaws in my face and body and have more confidence so people don't always have to treat me so bad :(.

My nationalites are Italian, Spanish, English. I had lived in Southern California for the majority of my life. I speak mainly english a little spanglish. For some reason I am always told I have a New England accent...I pronounce the word almond "ahmund" and the word Boston "Bawhstin" I even catch myself mispronouncing the word word as "whood"

Is it the english in me?
