I want to become vegetarian, but i come from an african family & they all <3 meat. if i decided to do it my parents would not want to support me to buy more fruits,nuts,veggies,etc. I also have to take into consideration what i'll eat at christmas,thanksgiving, my WEDDING. important events like that. i think it's something i have to do bc i've done a lot of research about it & am not just making this decision out of the blue. do you think it's worth it? any vegetarians out there want to offer some help? i'd apprieciate it a lot. thnx.

Question: A clock manufacturer has found that the amount of time their clocks gain or lose per week is normally distributed with a mean of 0 minutes and a standard deviation of 0.5 minutes. In a random sample of 1500 clocks, what is the expected number of clocks that would gain or lose more than 1 minute per week?
Answer: 75 clocks
I came up with 60 clocks with the formula I used, which obviously was wrong. I wrote the answer but not how to work it. Now I'm trying to study for finals and I can't figure out how to get 75 clocks. I would really, really appreciate any help. Thanks so much.

So basically, Steph (random name) was at Molly's (random name) party. Molly was 21 and used her house for the party but didn't supply any of the alcohol - someone else bought it. Steph, a minor (Molly thought Steph was 21), was at the party and got really drunk and high. Later, Steph went to a restaurant with some other friends, was there for an hour or so, then wondered off. She later died of exposure to the extreme cold. Now Molly is on trial for homicide. Remember, Molly thought that everyone at her party was 21+ and, when Steph died, she wasn't on or leaving Molly's property. Can anyone give me a court's ruling on similar case where the jury found the defendant, is this case Molly, not guilty? Cite your source please.

I lit a candle in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe last night and asked for two of my most beloved people to make up and also for one of them to find a job.
