My big toe seems to be turning in toward my other toes.The last 3 days my toe has to be popped where the joint is at the end of my toe.The joint is soar,and I have to constantly pop it.It also seems like my toe nail is white,like pale looking compared to my other toes. does anyone have a clue to what it might be?

I brought my 01 Elantra to the shop with a bad transmission (wouldn't go into any gear). The guy first said he might get to it later that day but he “didn’t know if he could get the right parts because it was a Friday afternoon”. He quoted me $600. I called at the end of the day and he said it wouldn't be until Monday or later. He was shorthanded on Monday so he didn't get to look at it. He said it was just a broken pin and that the transmission itself was fine. He had to take it apart and put a new pin in. I call Tuesday, and he said it will now cost over $1,000 (all in labor, even though he said before “it’s hard to get parts on a Friday”) and that it'd be ready Wednesday. The car was taken in from the yard Tuesday around 10:30 am, and I called at 2 p.m. He was quoting me $1,000 in labor even though I know it sat in the lot for a while. This is a small transmission-specific shop.

I need the car ASAP so I have to pay, but am I getting screwed and if so what can I do? Contact the BBB?

I've had some pretty bad health problems recently. I got a stomach flu that never seemed to go away so I've been vomiting after I eat or drink just about anything. I'm terrified of doctors but have gone through some tests. The problem is that about 2 weeks ago I got an infection in my lung. The doctor put me on medication and after taking it twice I broke out in hives. I had the same reaction with two different medications all of which I have taken without problems in the past. Then today I attempted to eat a strawberry and my mouth and tongue swelled all up and I've now got blisters in my mouth. These are all things that until very recently I've tolerated just fine! I'm so confused and afraid to eat anything. What could be causing this? Please help.

- enlarged heart ventricle due to stress from weight loss
- 4' 9" 78lbs (lost a lot of weight with the stomach problem)

Do you believe in true love? Do you believe that no matter what happens if two soul-mates break up they will one day get back together? And... is it possible for a guy who was inlove with you for 2 years to move on in 2 weeks? And why do guys get a new girlfriend so fast? And if someone told your true love that you cheated on them and you didtn and they wouldnt believe you.. what would you do? Someone please help me..

The love of my life, my husband of 8 years, needs to loose weight. Not only is he stunning and attractive when he is skinny but he is having serious health issues related to his weight.

He has done it before. Twice at Jenny Craig. He looses weight so fast with Jenny Craig and he loves the food.

His only problem is taking the time to go to the center and have the meeting and get the food.

How do I tell him that I think it is time to go back. He has gained back everything he has already lost and more. I don't know if there is a way to do this without hurting his feelings.

PS-I keep myself fit and thin and healthy for him.
