"Who are you?" (¿Quién eres?") and "What's your name?" (¿Cómo te llamas?)

these guys are wrong, cept for the native speaker guy.... "como eres" is NOT the same as "como estas"(how are you) como eres is more a question of description, the equivalent of asking "what are you like" in english. so asking someone "como eres?" might bring about an answer along the lines of "-soy divertida, simpatica, etc"... which is a description of a person, VERY different than asking "como estas?" and getting an answer like "-estoy bien, y tu? etc..." hope this helped

if you mean "¿quien eres? ¿como te llams? " it means "who are? you what is your name?"
