is a 1972 elcamino front clip same as 1970-1972 chevelle evenif its chevelle 4 door?

No No No! - a 1971 or 72 elcamino - inly shares fenders with the sation wagon. it is because the doors (with vent windows) have a different cut than a chevelle. Hood, bumper, radiator support, grill all are the same.

YES ,we did a whole clip years back (don't loose the shim's ) you will be sorry .also call Year one , there on the net good people to deal with. Good Luck

should be, they did not use a different nose just for the elcamino
