Page 43 kind of sums it up:
"The overwhelming evidence at trial established that ID is a religious view, a mere re-labeling of creationism, and not a scientific theory."
The ruling was made by Judge Jones - a Republican Christian and, the odd bit of sour grapes aside from Creationist writers aside, has been accepted. Certainly the school board had no plans to appeal the decision.
So, since ID has been scrutinised in court and failed to pass the test, why do people continue to portray this discredited doctrine as science?
