I am just wondering about something. If we, as cell phone users, are charged for the calls we make and the calls we receive, isn't that being billed twice for the same phone calls? I mean if I call my friend at 9 a.m. on Saturday, I will be billed for making that call and it will count against my minutes. She, as the receiver of that call, is billed for getting it and it's counted against HER minutes. Am I understanding that correctly and if so, what is the justification for that? It doesn't seem right. Thanks!
