I belive it would simplfy things at least my life anyhow.Both are southwest desert states generally speaking.New Mexico is a democratic state,and Arizona is becoming slowely,but more surely more politically blue each year.I believe New Mexico would benift because Arizona is the richer state and could use the tax money to udgrade infatracture.Also we would have a more powerful voice in congress as well due to the increase number of electrial votes as well.It could help us become more competitive economically with California as well.What do U guys think?

Okay, I know a person who is very fat, and they know a little about working out and what to and not to eat. However, they want to know for the first week what should the emphasis be on mostly...Strength training or Cardio? You need to build muscle in order to burn calories more faster because of the more muscle mass you obtain the faster you burn calories. Cardio gets your heart rate up and you burn fat when you challenge your heart rate. I know you can balance with both, but for the first week shouldn't Strength Training be the foundation for this person in losing all the fat? This person is really obese by the way. They want my advice but I can't really tell them the more important of the two, so what's the more important of the two (Strength Training or Cardio) for the first week?

If someone has an order of protection in place against their spouse...which states they can have no contact with the petitioner or the children for 30 days until the case goes to court, can the petitioner then take the children and move out of state prior to the temporary custody hearing? ...leaving the other party with no evidence of where they've gone?

Its been a whole week, I have had these symptoms:

~really bad cramps
~discharge, that i can now smell just from sitting down. it smells, like, almost sourish. it has no color. today, it leaked through my jeans.
~bloating in the mid morning and rest of school day.
~a little bit of blood in my underpants. and i just got over my period like 11 days ago.
~just plain uncomfortableness in my underwear. i put a new pair of underwear on and in like 5 minutes its gross. im sorry if this is disturbing, but irelaly need to know, because i have seen that this can mean some sort of cancer.

& if you have any of these questions:

~i have never ever had sex, if you think this could be an STD. (nor will i until marriage, anywhoo)
~i have had my period.
~i am 14

Could I have some sort of cancer? Like a female type cancer? I am only 14, but I don't want to make a big deal of this unless i need to. So, please, if your some sort of graduate of med school or something, please help me.

on april 17th 2007 i was involved in a motor vehicle accident, that was not my fault, and the officer gave me a ticket cause at the time my license was suspended, i was unaware of that. so now i have to go in front of the judge, and im worried i might go to jail. so can someone give me some advice, im willing to pay fines but im not wanting to go to jail.

I am assuming that sunlight is white light anyway...
I'd like to measure the wavelengths of different coloured light in a lamp that emits light similar to that of 'natural sunlight' using Youngs Double Slit Exp

To get monochromatic light, that is of the ROYGBIV colours, would I just place a coloured filter in front of the white light source? [and proceed to carry on with the exp as its usually done...]

Also, is there a formula or relationship between the intensity of the light and wavelength?

And lastly (sorry for the longness), can anyone see how it is possible to incorporate a LDR with the experiment?
