How can a girl with blonde hair/blue eyes enhance her features?

and what can make my eyes stand out???

Colors of clothes : Yellow, Purple, Lime green, Sky blue, Baby blue, Gray, Orange, and baby pink.
Colors of lipstick : Hot pink, Red, None
Colors of eyeshadow : Purple, Turquoise, Hot pink, None
Ways to wair your hair: Ponytail, Pigtails, Buns

Depends. Do you look better in 'cool' colors like pink, bright blue, lavender, cherry red, black; or 'warm' colors like peach, tomato red, golden yellow, chocolate brown?
If cool colors, go with shades of pink, rose, or berry for lips and blush. If warm, go with peach, coral, bronze.
Contrast will make your eyes stand out - for blue eyes, try green, purple, gray, or brown shadow or liner.
If you have light blonde hair and light brows and lashes,try
dark brown,navy mascara for day. If your brows are dark, you
will probably find black mascara more flattering.
In the evening ,wear more intense or brighter shades on lips/eyes.
Make sure brows are perfectly groomed - they frame your whole face. If you have full lips, they can be a little thicker;
thin lips, slightly thinner. [ If you have 'invisible' eyebrows
like I do, go to a cosmetic counter and ask the experts how to draw them on!]

Brown/black mascars, eyeliner. Pink, purple eyeshadow , blue sometimes. Wear blues and pinks, purples near your face. Avoid browns, tans. NO YELLOW, ORANGE OR GOLD!!!
Wearing black, beige. white, washes you out. Navy blue, royal blue are excellent. Add color, but the cool ones listed. Color can be your friend or enemy. Be careful. Add some straight lemon juice to hair after shampoo nd go out in the sun. This will brighten up your hair with some natural highlights.
You are lucky. If you wear the right colors and get some confidence, you will always stand out!

my best friend is like you, she is blond with blue eyes too. the color she wears a lot is lime green and a couple of other shades of green, it really enhances her blue eyes. if you don't like green then you can put on black eyeliner. now if you aren't alowed to wear make up for some reason then you can wear light spring colors that also enhance your eye color.

Blonde hair and blue eyes and you want to stand out. Well use light colors such as beige or forest green, maybe a little teal wouldnt hurt, that should make your eyes stand out. and avoid hair dos that cover your face.

Blues help your eyes stand out, and I would say that blue and green are your best colors. Stay away from purple, yellow, and orange!

Okay so look I have blonde hair and blue eyes and i have the same problem as u. And i have read in Seventeen mag. that brown eyeliner looks best on blondes, and pinks look best as eye shadow and lip stick and blush so i stick to that rule myself.

Light colors, purples for eye shadow with a black or purple liner really makes blue stand out

ta make ure eyes stand out u would want to wear a shirt with bright blue on it overall but it could have other colors.
