I have Pokemon Diamond and I have a eevee and I want it to be a glaceon but I can't find the rock to make it into a glaceon I heard it is on route 216

Leafeon and Glaceon are evolved differently, without the use of stones.
Head to snowpoint city and head south into the route below and use a rare stone on your eevee and it'll evolve into a glaaceon. If you don't have a rare candy, just level it up here until it gains and level then it'll evolve.

Go to snowpoint city and go slightly south. To the route where the blizzard is. go right. there will be a house. go up. you will see a patch of grass with a rock in it. level eevee up in that patch ti will evolve. there is also a rock in eterna forest wich evolves eevee to leafeon the same way.
