Well, first of all, u need to define flirting. According to me. theres are different ways of flirting and accordingly you need to take action.
If the flirting is harmless, then naturally im sure you can take a call and undesrtand that the person is really comfortable with you and so she's being expressive.
However, if the flirting is 'crossing the line' that is eg: touching, holding your hand, any physical or verbal comments that hints at direct flirting with you. Take a call. Do you want to be someone she takes for granted?? Who allows her to say and feel watever comes to her...
Be honest. If you really not comfortable with it. Tell her. Else forget about it. But, theres no point being a goody two shoes, if her intentions arent correct. You might be encouraging a wrong behaviour from her. Esp when shes already involved.
Get into habit of correcting ppl. IT will not only clear your conscious, but also help others get the real picture. Such flirting instances wont be repeated.I have done this and no guy messes with me. So you better believe me lol...
Best of luck!

Well first of all,you may have felt flattered. But let it be just that.Because what go's around.
Has to come back around. And has already been around.Or they wouldn't be around you, with a man. Then after you she would move on to the next one. Also when she does cheat on her man. When she in turn gets another man.He will do her wrong, for doing her last one wrong.Because when you do someone wrong it always comes back on you.I would find someone not involved with someone.Because even if you did go with her.You get into it with her man.Or she may even get with you.And then get back with him. Then you would feel used. And have gained a enemy. So save your heart and think smart. There is women everywhere, find your own lover. And you will be happier. Without so much drama...

There isn't anything wrong with flirting so yea knock yourself out and flirt back it's okay for her to look, just not touch and if she wants to touch be honest and ask her about her man. Although you don't have ties with her or her man you also don't want the chaos that will go with it.

Could just be flirting, could be she's just really nice and she doesn't realize she's flirting with you. Don't read too much in to it. Just enjoy the attention for the time being play along and have fun with it, makes the workd day go by faster....

Absolutely nothing! She might not even mean anything by it. A lot of persons flirt just for the fun of it - to sort of go on a sexual adventure without ever having to cheat.

I would stay away from her. If you were her man -- what's to stop her from flirting with other guys while she's with you? Is that what you really want?

I'm in a similar sit.... Just chill and be cool, the balls in her court. If you move in too strong you'll scare her off and if you don't reciprocate the spark will go out. Play the flirting game and be patient, her actions will dictate what you should do.

Be polite, but don't flirt back. If she can do that with a man, imagine how she would be if you were her boyfriend.
