5 is the only shared constant, a^1 is the highest degree of "a" shared by all terms, b^1 is the highest degree of "b" shared by all terms, and the first term is lacking "c" so it is not a common factor:

5ab (a + 2bc - 20c^2 )

You can go a little further, though I'm not sure this is wanted. The second and third terms share factors of 2 and c:

5ab ( a + 2c ( b - 10c ) )

Factor out 5ab:
5ab(a+2bc-20c^2)
