Eligibility is based on income rather than marriage status. But more importantly, you can sponsor your husband so that he will not be here illegally. Call an immigration attorney immediately. Once he receives deportation papers, it becomes a very tangled web. I am not an expert, but I am a paralegal and I've sat through a few immigration classes.

This is exactly why we need to get our borders secured. There are a lot of Americans that have a hard time qualifing for welfare and a lot of people on welfare that are perfectly able to work. You are already collecting for 2 people and now you are already planning on getting more for another child. Maybe you should be out working like so many other Americans and you certainly need to become a citzen of our fine country if you plan on living here.Sorry but "get a job"

I thought all illegal immigrants were hard working honest people, you should be rolling in money. And if you're telling the truth then you owe back everything welfare payed you since you got married.

Well two dilemas I see. First if he is illegal he risks deportation if caught that is number one. Two I am not sure your marriage wouold even belegal if he is illegal. You need to check on that. If you did not report the marriage just play itlikeyou made a big ooppss and got pregnant again. I don't know if it will get you any more benefits but it willget the prenatal care stuff done and wic

Well, no you wont be eligible for benefits and get this...They will most likely FORCE YOU TO PAY BACK THE MONEY SINCE YOU WERE MARRIED!

Why not move to his country and be an illegal yourself? See what kind of health care they will provide. At least he would not be illegal anymore.

And I am wondering why don't you have a job?????

Seriously, I don't want my tax paying dollars to support you and your children oh and your illegal husband.

Hope INS gets called on you!

Please tell me that you know how to work-
Why are you getting knocked up if you can't pay for the one you have?
Birth control is free at the same place you take your daughter for her immunizations or recertify for WIC- The Health Department.

Keep your legs closed or get on the pill, act responsibly, you are setting an example for your children!

Your entitlement minded ilk is what's wrong with this Country.

Here's a thought: WORK for a living instead of being a professional leech.
