Might be good to check with your attorney on this matter. Then I find it hard to believe you were unaware of the fact that your License was suppended. Or maybe you meant expired or supended due to not paying Insurance on your vehicle. Any ways Probably no jail time but to make things come out better for you talk to an attorney.

Every state has its own laws and its not possible to answer your question without knowing a lot more facts, first of all bieng where you are so the right laws could be considered. It also depends upon why you didn't have the license. In my state, for instance, you can be suspended, revoked, cancelled or just not licensed and Defendant's don't always understand their own status. Those all have different ramifications. Generally any misdemeanor level or greater act can in theory at least carry a jail sentence. Its not likely that a first time minor offense will actually get you any time though...

How can you be unaware that your license is suspended. Usually they suspend them for motor vehicle issues you have been picked up for!

Can you go to jail, Yes!

Will you? Probably not 1st offense. Get caught again and you could become a habitual offender which will lead to hard prison time!

If someone was hut you may go to jail!

Ok so you should send you tickets in and plead guilty and you wont be sent to jail for that. I got caught driving wihtout my license 2 times and I just got fines.... What was you license suspended for? Mine was that my insurance policy expired and the company never sent me a renewal so I didnt even realize it until I got inot an accident. Hope all goes well for you.

It depends on a state-by-state basis but in Massachussetts and most other states the maximum sentence for this first time offence is 10 days in the House of Correction and the minimum will probably be a small fine/warning

Probably not. Around here it's just a hefty fine and your license being suspended longer.
