I have a contract to buy a house. Seller signed and his son and daugher-in-law withness (also give other children 7 days to come forward if they want to buy the house). After 7 days seller cashed the earnest-money check. On the closing day one of the daughter is living in the house didn't move out so he has to start the eviction process. Seller still wants sell and others children want to hold the process.
What should I do?
thanks

Yes? Pack up all your things and go to iraq, sign up for the army or the nazy or WHATEVER just do what you have to do, go on? Well? You say you are for it and you sit back on your fat as* while a bunch of kids are losing the war and some even their lives. Those americans who are for the war i would say you are only for it because you have so much "love" and "pride" that you trust your goverment is doing the right thing. Not very independent. If you're for the war...GO NOW! Go and sign up to Army

>>??!! Don't you realize that they are ALL corrupt??!! DUH. Even the voting machines are rigged. Why don't you just give it up and realize that your country is never going to change without a revolution instead of blaming what size the toilet paper is on the Democrats. LOL

people seem to look down on mine. my parents had me (a girl) and 6 boys (2 didn't make it), were foster parents to 10 boys (8 of which they adopted), plus my 2 cousins (also boys) live with us. My mom passed away when my little brother did. so now, it's me, my dad, and 15 brothers. (and my neighbor, a 14 yo girl who's parents don't care about her, so she practically lives with us. we adopted each other as sisters, unofficially, since she's an only child and i only have brothers)what do you think about big families?
Would you think differently if my parents had all 16 of us, not adopting at all?
why do people look down on us? right now, the last thing my dad needs is poeple telling him that he's irresponsible and should take half of us "back to the shelter".
why can't others just mind their own buisness?

I am not a parent so I try to sympathize but I work with a woman who routinely brings her sick child(ren) to work with her. If a child is too sick to go to school, what makes it ok to bring them to the office and expose your co-workers to their illness? My boss doesn't do anything about it and I want to say something to HR. Am I wrong here?

last year my sister gave me a John F. Kennedy rose bush. I have many roses of all types and never had a problem. I went outside yesterday and it is all dried up. I think there is a little bit of green near the base, but I am afraid it's gone. I planted all my rose bushes the same way and this was no different. any ideas on what I did wrong? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. This bush is special because my sister gave it to me for my b-day. I know she will be upset, but not angry with me. They are so expensive. Do you think I just replace and not say anything? This is kind of a lie of ommision, but I want her to think it lived. Am I wrong?

Old cooking oil from a deep fat fryer oozed onto the carpet - maybe a pint or more. I scraped it up, rubbed and soaped it, washed it, but now it smells rancid - hotter weather is no help.

What cleaner/product, or action will make this go away? I have wedding guests who will be riding in the car on May 12th. Thanks from them, and from me.

I know I will catch a lot of flak for this. Let me start by saying that I am a smart, (usually) confident woman. I say that because I tend to think of women who give cheaters another chance as having low self-esteem. My self-esteem has sunk recently but I have a lot to be proud of - graduate degree, great family, wonderful talents and future opportunities. My boyfriend and I are very different - he is foreign and uneducated, but none of that ever mattered to me, because I loved him unconditionally, completely. I've been busy lately; I think he's felt neglected. He's very needy. He cheated on me and (god, I feel like an idiot even writing this), now he tells me he's moved in with the other woman. I feel heartbroken, but for some reason not strong enough to say I'm finished with him. I feel like I'm starting to obsess over the situation. He actually has the nerve to say he still loves me. I want to move on but feel unable to get past the hurt or give him up to her. What is wrong with me?

I know some claim that Christians accuse them of having no morality. I don't share that belief but I would like to know how you determine say simple murder is wrong? Note I am not raising contravercial aspects such as abortion, or wars. Just simple murder. Assume I am a bike gang member and I feel it is a good thing as it part of survival of the fittest. Why is murder wrong? Again consider that laws change and different socieites have different laws determined by their own common sense. Who says one persons morality is superior to another? If evolution is the governing truth should we not be more concerned with survival of the fittest at the expense of the weak? Sorry for the lengthy question but I am trying to get people to dig a bit deeper.
