yep a new water pump and gasket will do the job! dont try to be cheap or you will be back on here asking more questions.

I'm afraid once the water pump starts leaking through it's " Weep Hole" then the only solution is to replace it with a new water pump. There is no additive that you can use to stop this and any type of stop leak would break more things. Water pumps usually have only 4 to 6 bolts to take it out, so not a difficult job.

Do not use any product to stop a leaking water pump. Replace it immediately. A leaking water pump is an indication that the water pump is failing and you'll only end up damaging the vehicle if you don't get it replaced quickly.

If the water pump is driven by a timing belt, it is highly recommended to get the timing belt replaced too!

when the water pump leaks it is because the diaphragm broke and you will need a new pump Good luck

if u cant fix it then buy a new one so the problem goes away. but if u cant buy a new one right now u could go to auto zone,kragen or any other car place to get parts to fix it.
