The nitrates must be removed through regular water changes - only ammonia and nitrite are removed by bacterial action. It would be better for your fish to keep these under 40 ppm. Your nitrites are dangerously high - these should be below 1ppm - you're in need of an immediate water change! I'd actually do several in the next few days if your nitrite level is this high (double-check your results).

I'm not sure what to make of your description of the goldfish's eye. I've seen come calicos where the black extends all the way out to the skin in one eye (see photo: http://www2.netdoor.com/~tlothian/GoldfishAndKoi/Calico01.JPG ) but not the other, so this could be a natural occurrence. I would suspect as much unless you've noticed the eye has actually changed since you first got the fish. It looks a little odd though, if the black isn't the same diameter in both eyes.

If the eye has started to bulge out (and the variety isn't one that should have telescope eyes), this is a condition called popeye (Exophthalmia) - this is usually caused by an infection, so treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic. If the eye is clouding over, similar to a cataract, it could be a fungal infection.

Without being able to see your fish, It's difficult to do an accurate diagnosis. I'd suggest a water change and the problem, if it is one, may clear on it's own. If it's sticking out (like popeye) or cloudy, more specific treatment info is provided in the links below:
