My son is 14 weeks old and sleeps all night and day! Its crazy! He sleeps at least 7 hours straight at night then wakes up, eats, then goes back to sleep for like another 3 hours. Last night he was kinda restless and woke up at 3am. I fed him but he only ate about 1oz and fell asleep again and did'nt wake until 8am. He would'nt take his bottle until almost 9am. After he finally ate he fell back asleep until 10:30 woke and played for a while. He ate again at 11:15 and was back asleep at 11:30. Its now after 1pm and there is no sign of him waking any time soon. Is he going through a growth spurt or something? Is this normal? He will probably take at least 2 more naps before he goes to bed tonight.

Right now it's at 6.5 hours I think. Should school be extended to 8 hours? I'm thinking that the grand majority of families have 2 working parents. Most people work at least 8 hours a day which means the child sits in a daycare or with a babysitter the remainder of the day. Shouldn't we just extend the school day so they could spend that time learning? Maybe add more electives or extended class length? I for one think this is a fantastic idea. However, I feel that if it were implemented, then there should be no homework. That would be a little too much. I don't know of too many working adults (yes there are some) that take their work home with them. I think its too much to ask of our children.

The judge in my divorce case (in Galveston County, Texas) has ordered that we come to an agreement or attend mediation before a certain date. I don't have an attorney, and I have no money (I have filed a response and a counter petition, though). Anyway, the court paperwork says failure to attend mediation and come to an agreement will result in the case being dropped. My wife is trying to bleed me for money, even though I am penniless.

So I guess my question is, If I don't attend the court ordered mediation (since I can't afford it), will anything bad happen (other than the case being thrown out)?

I recently signed a 6 month assured shorthold tenancy agreement, but 2 weeks later the landlady told me she had an offer to buy the flat and would like me to move out. We had already agreed to her showing agents around to value the property, and even realised she had allowed an agent to enter without our permission (she apologised and said she forgot to tell us when we challenged her). After this she has bombarded us with phone calls every day to ask whether we have found a property.

We finally got fed up and found somewhere else, and went round to see the landlady to discuss options regarding the return of our deposit and whether or not we would have to pay rent this month (as we can move into the new property on the 12th, rent is due on our existing flat on the 6th). But she now says there's no way she can give us any money yet as the buyer has not exchanged. I feel we have accomodated this woman, even though she has broken the agreement many times and we have not broken it once.

Well I was just wondering because my friends mom says shes allergic to tomatos the fresh ones, but aren't they mostly made out of water????????????????????????? I was so suprised she actually has to take a medicine if she eats a fresh tomato!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bet you could imagine not having a fresh tomato and only a canned thig of them!!!!!!!! Also I had family friends who's son was told by his father that tommatos are actually bad for you so then I didn't eat tomatos for about a month and then I couldn't take it anymore... Well actually I think I now the answer to this question because if you drink water with bad stuff in it than you can probably die, right???????
