I'm not sure what Sonic Manager is, I'm guessing it's a program for your audio card or onboard sound device.

First determine whether you have a sound 'card' or if you motherboard has sound built in.

Locate the manufacturer of the card or motherboard on the web. Do a search for your model number and download the appropriate drivers. Install the drivers and probably restart the computer. If all worked correctly you shouldn't have to install this Sonic Manager unless you want to.

Hope this gives you some ideas.
