The first that springs to mind is Prophecy (1979) starring Talia Shire and Armand Arsante. TERRIBLE, but well made on a good budget.
For a good list of CRAPPY movies that are fun to watch, just go to a Mystery Science Theater 3000 fansite.

Evil Dead, and the sequel Army of Darkness are classic bad movies. Plan 9 from Outer Space is the signature Bad Movie of All time.
Battlefield Earth (Although I thought it wasn't that bad)
Waterworld (bad rip-off of Mad Max)
Mortal Kombat (omg... it is sooo bad you have to laugh)
Incubus - This stars a young William Shatner, and was filmed in Esperanto (which Shatner doesn't speak), making it all very strange - complete with bad special effects and horrible sets... might be hard to find.
And "Mars Attacks" is deliberate satire of the bad sci-fi movies of the 60s. I consider it a very good movie, but only because it was deliberately bad.

My favorite is Down Under the Big Top, starring The Newsboys, a Christian rock band from Australia. It's not in print any more, but you may be able to find a copy on eBay.
