okay so im 15 and once in a while someone tells me that my pubic bone sticks out really far, i mean ive noticed it to but is there anything i can do about it? Im so self concious about it that i hate going to the pool, because you can tell in a bathing suit, and im afraid to get "intimate" with a guy because all the other girls dont look like mine. I hate it! please help me.. im going insane! plus i heard that if your skinny it sticks out more but all my friends are skinny too and that doesnt happen to them! i need help ASAP!!!!

we got thier internet yesterday and when i downloaded a video, it said it was downloading at around 700kbps. we bought 6mbps. what is wrong, how come it is so slow? and what is that speed boost thing? how do i use it? we bought the package with tv, phone and internet. we have 3 tvs that we watch stuff on and 2 of them have the digital things like a dvr, sort of except they don't record things. help.

I live at the base of Pikes Peak and I want to hike Barr Trail to the Summit and back. Right now, I am training for the Bolder Boulder so I average about a four mile run a day with some hills and speed work. What else should I do to train for the great ascent? I have access to the YMCA.
