Hello, well it shouldn't be falling off the glass, they are excellent climber normally..as for the not moving could be she is kinda knockin herself silly when she falls..if she keeps falling like she can't hang on..could be something is wrong..& reptile vets are hard to find, if you have a Reptile store near you or if you bought this one from one, ask them & will also include a very good Reptile site & store in case ya need ..just a cool stie anyway, they deal in captive bred reptiles only..Take Care :)

If she is not showing any general weakness then she may simply have some remaining skin in the folds of her toe pads from her last shed. This will limit her ability to cling to very smooth surfaces. Like most shedding problems it is caused by low humidity. Try spraying her tank a couple times a day to bring it up.
