Way too often!! About 8 months a year. I'm a teacher. =)
We are in the midst of our STATE TESTING right now, so that last month or so has been crazy.
I think I had a break from stress around Christmas??

i'm a junior in high school, and i have SATs, SAT IIs, APs, ACTs, finals and state tests coming up in the next two months. then in September i get to start stressing myself out over which college i want to go to. so i have pull out my hair stress often, even though i know to most who are older than i am it sounds petty, but right now it is a big deal.

in average, once/day. I actually have more what you could call ready-to bite my hand off-out of stress moments. It's a cultural thing. The reaction is different but the reason is the same.

A lot in the past 15 months. My mother in law died, my house burned down, my best friend's mother died, my daughter and granddaughter moved 1000 miles away, my father in law died, and I buried my mom on Friday! That is why I'm bald, lol.
