i was just diagnosed with plantar faciitis (fallen arches) and have lots of inflammation in the bottom of my feet. i can't afford the orthodics right now and have to take a lot of ibuprofren just to work every day. they have offered me the steroid ijections directly into the plantar facia in the bottom of my foot. it sounds terrible to me...but if they actually work for a while it might be worth it.

My fiance has already picked out our baby daughter's first name, it's gonna be Trinity, which I love. BUt he has put me in charge of a middle name and I'm so unsure. I want it to sound good with Trinity. I have a few in mind but am open to other suggestions too. Here are the names I have so far:
1. Trinity Lola Durden- Lola after my grandma
2. Trinity Leigh Durden- Lee after her Daddy, or
3. Trinity Sage Durden- I really like this but have gotten a few comments about Sage being an herb not a name....lol
Do you like these or have any other suggestions? I like short and sweet middle names, I do not want anything long like Elizabeth, that would be a mouthfull!!!! Thanks

Well, maybe a little overstated, but since you're here.....obviously, the 'religion and Spirituality" section is dominated by a religious perspective, almost entirely Christian. While this isn't seen as a bad thing, it's also clear that there are many others here who don't fit the religious mold or at least are flexible and open to other ideas.

I would roughly categorize these folks thusly: Spiritual seekers, philosophers, free thinkers, agnostics, athiests who have not devoted themselves to being religiously anti-religion, belief systems that are more open ended rather than dogmatic, and certainly not excluding any open minded person.

Since I don't lump spirituality and dogmatic religious beliefs together, my interest in this forum is intermittent. Until Yahoo starts to get the message as well, my suggestion is that those of us with a question relating to spirituality, flag those questions for others by prefacing it with "Spirituality:"

Who might be interested in that?

26 year old female who suffered a miscarraige in January. Was 10 weeks along. Had been getting progesterone injections weekly from the beginning of pregnancy because levels were low. When miscarriage happened, naturally the injections ended also. From that time I have been sufferering from anxiety and some panic attacks. Something I never experienced before. I was also on the pill right before I got pregnant. My question is, if I were to go back on the pill now do you think it might balance me out more hormonaly? I don't know if it is the hormonal imbalance that is causing the anxiety or what. I was on the pill for years before I became pregnant. BTW, I am going to see my dr. in a few hours but I just wanted some more feedback from the ladies. Thank you!

I'm 35 yrs old and now a mother of 3. My age put me at high risk with my 3month old, she was 1 month pre-mature but healthy.
I just discovered that I'm pregnant AGAIN! I don't feel well at all, and don't think I've recovered yet from my newest addition.

My husband and I are concerned about possible health risks from being pregnant so soon after just being pregnant. Help!!!

In Dec, we purchased a house that had been foreclosed on. We have no clue where the previous owner went.

It appears that he also defaulted on his car payment and someone is trying to repossess it. Every few weeks, we find a notice taped on our front door, demanding that "M*** P*****" turn over his 2002 Lexus. We've called the number on the notice but it goes straight to this person's VM. We've left messages explaining that M*** P***** no longer lives here and that they'd know that if they checked the real estate records. The repo man has also knocked on the door once when my DH was home and he told him the same thing.

We figured that they'd go away if we were decent to them - they are, after all, only trying to do their job. I'm tired of being decent. I just want them to go away!

Thanks!

Against war?
For the elderly?
Against poverty?
For the homeless?
Against the government?
Against domestic violence?
Pollution?
Animal abuse?

I myself stand against pollution. Therefore, I stand on alternatives to energy solutions.

What do you stand for? Why? Do you have support? Explain thoughtfully in several sentences / paragraph(s) if you can. If you really stand for something...that means you're going to explain it completely since you're proud on your stance!

My dog and I have been vaccinated against rabies. But in todays society what are the chances we would ever get rabies?

i have never met someone that got rabies, nor have i ever seen a dog have rabies. Im sure someone has but, are the chances so slim that i have a better chance of getting hit by lightning? Are we being over protective?
Please dont say "better safe then sorry" if we really believed that then we would have a million needles in us right now.

Also i know if you get rabies (in the US) its treatable. Is the same for dogs?
