yes, lots of iron

Lots of iron; I eat it at least twice a month
Flour it well, and fry in oil with onions.
Fry fast on high flame, til brown on both sides, it will be tough if overcooked.

I love it.
Sprinkled w/ flour and fried easy w/ a bit of oil. With sauteed onions.
But it's high in cholesterol.
But what's good that isn't??

PS- My wife hates it.

OF course!!
try it in a restaurant first.
It can be a required taste.
I had it as a child with onions and mashed potatoes.
