Against war?
For the elderly?
Against poverty?
For the homeless?
Against the government?
Against domestic violence?
Pollution?
Animal abuse?

I myself stand against pollution. Therefore, I stand on alternatives to energy solutions.

What do you stand for? Why? Do you have support? Explain thoughtfully in several sentences / paragraph(s) if you can. If you really stand for something...that means you're going to explain it completely since you're proud on your stance!

I stand when a judge enters the court. I stand for the national anthem (anyone's). I stand when an elderly woman enters the room. OK, on to the question:

Yes, against war, unless we are directly attacked.

I'm a nurse, I work with the elderly every day. I have nothing but respect for them, because we can all learn from them.

I think we waste entirely too much money on the military and corporate welfare, money that could be better used to alleviate hunger and suffering.

There are no "homeless," since "home" is an abstract concept. Those folks are "houseless," they need affordable, livable housing. In the USA we have enough wasted land just in golf courses to build enough low-income housing to accomidate the populations of Rhode Island and Delaware combined: something like 800 million acres just so the corporate swine can have a place to get together and think of ways to carve this planet more finely among themselves.

I'm against the current govenment, because of its population of right-wing morons. And when it's repopulated by left-wing morons, I'll dislike it then, too. I just wish it was populated by middle-of-the-road geniuses. It's unfortunate that politics is the refuge of the incompetent.

Men who hit women are cowards. Violence is the last resort of a limited intellect.

We need to find ways to maintain the environment that can still provide jobs and the power we need. It can be done. We put a man on the moon in less than ten years.

Animal abuse makes me crazy, though I have to admit to ambivilence regarding animal-based research, since all of us will live an average of 15-20 years longer thanks to such research.

Thanks for listening.

I stand for human rights... justice and equality. 20,000 people die everyday from conditions that are preventable and treatable. Poverty is an unnatural disaster. Poverty is man-made. Poverty can be man-fixed.
