silly silly stupid me just had a kabab.a small,with lamb pitta bread and lettuce.its all i eaten all day but wished i didnt eat it!! .there such a weekness to me,but i want to know how to burn it off...how many steps on a stepper,how long on trampoline,sit ups ect what shpuld i do to burn it off asap please answer thanks

My god what is with everyone these days wanting to be skinny, tiny, Believe it or not there are men out there that like a women to have some meat on their bones , not more round than tall, but something to bounce off - makes the loving that much more special when there is a handful there to hold on to. True some women are skinny and fine but remember some are hearty and still just as fine!

to be honest with you if thats all you have eatin all day dont worry about it, doing normal everyday things will prolly be enough to burn it all off. that is not healthy. dont be so weight crazy!
You do know that if you dont eat and you loose weight your hurting yourself for the future. This is because you have lowered you metabolism. So when you eat again you will gain more weight then you normally would.
So please just dont be so weight crazy, you would be fine if you eat normal food stay away from junk food and then walk or jog around the block everyday....
This way if you want to lose weight this is the safest most healthy way of doing so...

Make sure you drink a lot of water. I would go running, just becasue I enjoy running. The air brushing against your skin. The rhythm of your feet hitting the ground along with your breath. Not only does running to me keep me in shape physiaclly, it also gives me a break mentally. I hope that helps.

I just ate a Big Bacon classic meal biggie sized from Wendys. It was YUMMY. Now Im sitting on my butt doining nothing. I might try to work it off by drinking a few beers.

I love to hate food . It a battle like any other. I want to lose more 10 to 15. I have eat yet it's 12:45 .

dont sweat it
try to get back on track ASAP
dont starve urself because ur actually gaining weight when u do...
ur body will go into "starvation" mode and will hold on to all the extra chub u have because it thinks it isnt getting anything...

be on ur "diet" for a few days... then have one meal that u eat ur favorite "fat" food

Girl, let it go. you'll be fine unless you,re like anorexic and you would have already thrown it up. Take a brisk walk and think how much you enjoyed it. You need to know calorie intake of meal to know how much to burn.
