There seems to be 1 bumble bee hovering right outside my door. I was observing the bee and it would attack every flying insect that came 10 feet near it (butterfly and otherbees) and then return to its spot. I was within 3 feet of it and it would not attack. I'm curious, because i've heard rumours that they can't sting, should I eliminate this bee? Because I feel it is guarding something like a hive and I don't want more of these guys flying all around my backyard.

We have been bombarded by the media by labling people liberals or conservitives, why?

What has happened is split beliefe structure in our country, the media loves it because we watch just here our side make a statement.

But really what is our side, or to be me more accurate what is your side?

Are you a liberal, a conservitive, or an American?

My boyfriend has said several things that show me that he has a very jaded and close-minded view of how women should act, and I'm afraid that will spill over into how he wants to raise a daughter. For example, we went by the cute store in the mall, Libby Lu, where kids get to dress up and then perform a dance in the mall. He said he never wants his little girl to go there b/c it promotes being a sl*t by wearing make-up and putting on clothes that look like Brittany Spears. I dissagree. I loved playing dress up when I was little and I didn't turn out to be a sl*t. I understand his thought process behind that, but I don't think its right. How should I talk to him and is it possible to change his views on this? I haven't brought this topic up with him yet b/c its still a pretty new relationship, but if we do stay together, this could cause a lot of problems for us in the future. Any suggestions?

I've read A Christmas Carol, and I'd like to get into Dickens's other works. But I'm not sure where to start! There's so many that sound good - Tale of Two Cities, Bleak House, Great Expectations....

Which of Dickens's novels would YOU recommend & WHY?

Recomendations don't have to be based on my above list.

Thanks & Cheers!! :)

A man escapes from prison where he has been for 15 years. He breaks into a house to look for money and guns and finds a young couple in bed.

He orders the guy out of bed and ties him to a chair, while tying the girl to the bed he gets on top of her, kisses her neck, then gets up and goes into the bathroom. While he's in there, the husband tells his wife:

"Listen, this guy's an escaped convict, look at his clothes! He probably spent lots of time in jail and hasn't seen a woman in years. I saw how he kissed your neck." If he wants sex, don't resist, don't complain, do whatever he tells you. Satisfy him no matter how much he nauseates you. This guy is probably very dangerous. If he gets angry, he'll kill us. Be strong, honey. I love you."

To which his wife responds: "He wasn't kissing my neck. He wwas whispering in my ear. He told me he was gay, thought you were cute, and asked me if we had any vaseline. I told him it was in the bathroom. Be strong honey. I love you too!!"
