I've got to live up to my end of a bet, it's a long story, I won't bore you with. So far I've been caught at the gym lockeroom, airport bathroom, store dressing room...I need seven more. I know it's a stupid bet, but I don't wanna punk out on this eather. I'm not trying to get arrested or anything sick. Just give me some other options please.

1) a public swimming pool
2) a bridal show when they model the groom's attire part
3) a Fun Gurl Party [the ones where they sell the adult novelties] ask to be on the show.
4) pose as a model in the department store in the men's section; ask the manager to let you do the statue thing "live". >hope & pray your @ss don't get a hard on during that time<
5) do a publicity stunt for a place about to do a Grand Opening. Get the legal documents.
6) The black gay men are having their happenings in Galveston,Tx this weekend "Splash". You don't have to be gay to attend.
7) Come to New Orleans on Bourbon Street. Walk naked if you want. That should cover two areas for the bet.
there may not be too many places but the thing is to wear stuff that could be mistaken for swimwear; like the stuff in Undergear or International Male catalogs.

It's actually quite complicated & reliant on interpretation of the law. The Public Order Act does not even cover exposure of genitals per se, a man must expose himself with the intent to offend a woman - it's a defence against "flashing" more than asexual public nudity. The only real legal means of restraint is as a breach of the peace (the statute goes back to the 1360s, so it's really a common law issue.) The Queen's Peace is based on the norms of society, varying across time & place - what is acceptable subathing on a beach or at a rave is not the same as in a church service... The degree of acceptability is wholly at the interpretation of the magistrate or, in a more immediate sense, the police. In the case of underwear it would be dependant on the nature of the underwear & the location; sunning yourself in a park in a undies that are thoroughly concealling is not likely to be taken as offense but an opaque thong in M&S is... You can be "bound over" (esssentially removed from the situation by the police) & repeat offense can result in imprisonment - oddly a fine is not an option.

The bed, football locker room, prison behind bars, hospital room, bachelor party, jail stripped for search, department store to try on suits, toliets everywhere, backyard with a closed in fence whereas no one can see, private airplane. (4) walking into the dr. office ("i just figured i'd go ahead to save time")

The beach or by water since it's summer, porta-potty, in your car (as long as you put pants back on when you get out of the car), your backyard or roof taking in the sun, in the elevator going to the 'pool' he he... don't know many, but I'll think and and if I get more I'll update.. ;) But sounds like fun and interesting how you got to this situation... hehe
