Hi there,

If you really want to, and are ready to stop, you might consider going to rehab. Once you have detoxed, and are no longer physically addicted, you can work with therapists to better understand, and heal from the underlying issues.

Here's a link to a substance abuse treatment finder (for the US). Insurance should cover some of these facilities:

Good luck.

Clinical trials will be underway in June or July 2007 at Yale Medical School for a new drug Intervexin-PCP which blocks the cravings/addiction. This drug is on the fast track for FDA approval. Of course you'll need a doctors perscription. In the mean time get into a rehab, its not easy but can help. I also have someone suffering from PCP addiction.

go to a detox center.

that's the best answer for any kind of addiction, of course, since it's there where you can get with people who deal with that problem every single day of their lives and are literally pros at helping people kick

then attending 12 step meetings will help continue progress to be sure you don't go back

best thing you can do is see a doctor and get yourself into a treatment center. If it is you that you are talking about you just made a big step asking where to get the help. good luck.
