Both the towers were designed to withstand multiple hits from commercial 757's...so why did WTC building 7 that wasn't even close to these two buildings blow up into a fine pile of dust?

Not even the FBI or Official Story could come up with a logical explanation to why Building 7 imploded in on itself.

The bees burrow into the trim work on my house laying their eggs. Woodpeckers find the holes and peck open the trim getting to the grubs.........destroying my trim work. Does anyone know how to kill the bees or make them go away. Wasp spray and other pesticides that I have tried do not work in the least.

I met my finace's sister for the first time, she lives out of state and came to visit. When I was talking to her, I told her about myself and how I am quick to judge other people. She looked me right in the eye and told me the first time I ever judge her, she will judge me back. After that she gave me the cold shoulder and hardly spoke to me. I talked to my finace about this and he basically said I has no right to tell her that and she's not lying, he knows his sister and that she will do as she says. What should I say to make her accept and like me? I feel terrible for telling her that.

I can post stuff on various discussion boards that provoke agreement or violent disagreement, but usually if I post anything about opinion polls of Iraqis, few from the right or left bother to read them.

Since we are supposedly trying to teach them about democracy, shouldn't this be a major part of our debate? Instead we talk among ourselves about what we want to do for or to them.

My wife is being screwed around by her Dr.'s her doc got her addicted to oxycodone (an opiate like heroin\morphine), and she has been taking a high dose for about 2 years and when she came to him for help he put instant judjement on her and thinks shes some bad drug addict, and now she is out of her meds and going through extreme withdrawal does anyone have any ideas that may help aside from buying drugs on the street or going to the hospital cause the Dr. told the Hospital that shes a drug addict even though he put her on the meds in the first place .I know what he is doing is very wrong and he will be punished but I need immediate help any Idea's anyone Please!!!!

Is it possible to just lift weights for a few repetitions at a time to strengthen the muscles and then build muscular endurance by performing cardio workouts like running and boxing? Do you really need to lift weights as many times as you can with the weight you are using? Is it enough just to expose yourself to the weight? For example, if you're using a weight that is your 10 rep max, do you really need to lift it ten times in each set? Couldn't you just lift it two or three times, then rest and maybe perform a few more sets? Is it necessary to perform a high number of repetitions in a set in order to have muscular endurance? If you just performed sets using heavy weights that you can only lift maybe 5 times or less and just kept working up to your max amount of weight, would you still be able to have muscular endurance when performing actions with a lighter weight? And would it affect long distance running ability?
