Do you find it difficult to...?

...distinguish between a person pretending to be stupid just to get other people off their guard, pretending to be stupid because they can't be bothered to think and want someone else to do it for them, pretending to be outrageously stupid to hide the fact that they actually don't understand what is going on, and really being genuinely stupid?

I just think they are genuinely stupid even if they are pretending.
