When I was in U.S. Army basic trainuig in 1972 we sang the version with the second stanza which begins
"Around the Park, she pushed a baby carriage."
I call that the "Don't trust soldiers!' version
Does anyone know of a versiion in which SHE accepts something from a person in each of the "Combat" branches*
I would imagine that the final stanza would begin
"And when, at last, the bloody war was over.."
unsure of the next lines
"She wed a (unpritable) civi who had never been to war" or
"She wed a (unprintable) pay clerk from the (unprintable) finance corps."

Please do _not_ bring up either
The John Wayne Movie "She Wore A Yelolw Ribbon"
or the Song "Tie a Yellow Ribbon 'Round the Old Oak Tree"

Neither is relevant to the question!

I know they say that to open any kind of business you need experience in the field you wanna open. But what if you wanna start a big succesful arcade business. I mean I dont think anybody would need eperience there, all you do is rent or buy a place, buy some arcade machines and evrything else, and thats it. People will come and will pay to play the games and thats about it right? Dont need any experience right?

Evolution is fine for those who believe only in science. But a christian who believes that the grace of God brought forth life on this earth seems like a bit of a bigot when he embraces the man made concept that science cooked up for our existence, don't you think?

The bible talks nothing about an evolutionary chain of events, it does however say that God made a man then he made a woman, and fossils...if you choose to use them, point to only a perfect species existing. Not half breeds.

IF evolution did exist then why did God command Adam to multiply and replenish the earth since man obviously had been doing that from the start through evolution?

IF evolution did exist, then why didn't some of the other forms gain the same intelligence that WE possess?

Are we aliens to this planet?
Why did not ONE SINGLE other species gain intelligence besides US

BECAUSE....

God put us here to rule over this earth and subdue it. We are NOT here by chance.

they literly drush the baby's skull! Shouldn't that be a murder charge? A C section wouldn't endanger the mother's life and thousands of couples are on waiting lists to adopt babies. It seems to me to be cold hearted, cold blooded and should be criminal. What are your thoughts?

We are thinking to make the following: egg salad sandwiches some white and some wheat, party peanuts, pimento cheese and captain's wafers (crackers), chips, mints, and cake served with fruit punch as a beverage. Does this sound ok? Any ideas on how to cut the sandwiches or how to make fancy things or different ideas of food. Thank you.

We must admit that their are fields of endeavour peculiar & particular to certain Races, Tribes, & even regions. Like football to the Latinos & the upcoming Africans, tennis to the East Europeans etc , etc. This does not mean that the necessary skills cannot be learnt & perfected; but it's an edge to have the gift. The USAs' cosmopolitan nature has afforded it the human resources & its boundless wealth combined with its entrepeneurship has allowed it to advance or try to advance itself in every sport. England has become cosmopolitan but is it harnessing its resources? Is the govt. giving enough incentives for sports? Are the businessmen interested in investing in sports? Look at the trend in football; the Americans & Russians are buying up faster than the English team is scoring goals! Lastly I believe English cricket needs a lot of oomph. They need to be spiked up by something. Look at the Aussies, they are on fire from the 1st ball no matter the loss of wickets. Belief is lacking
