My fiancee use to have this problem... and she will be 19 in a few more months....
We researched and and found out that a lot of women do not actually orgasm... its about communication... tell your man what you like and what makes you feel good...
Most women need stimulation to the "clit" to orgasm... dont know hope i helped a little bit...
Good Luck

Alot of mother's libido drops after having a baby. The stress of taking care of a baby is a big factor, also the stress of childbirth, and the healing process is also a factor, but in a few months your libido should come back. Maybe you should have a family member take of the baby for a day(if s/he's not too young) and just have a day to yourselves and see if it helps. But don't rush this, take it easy.

I think the real question is can you achieve orgasm by yourself? If you can, then the problem may be due to fatigue, worry, or problems that are going on inside your head. If you cannot orgasm by yourself, then you should see your woman's healthcare provider and get some input.

I think, self exploration might help. See what you like & what turns you on, so you can tell your partner. You're not doing anything wrong, you need to find out what works for you & what doesn't. You're only 19th & there is so much more to learn. The things you enjoyed might have changed, have fun... :)
You also need energy & relaxation for intimacy, it takes a lot of energy raising a young child. :)

First of all don't freak out
Secondly please don't fake it its just flat out wrong to mislead your guy .
Try masturbating to see if you can achieve orgasm , if you can just tell your guy what you want.
I know alot of women enjoy a man stimulating thier clitoris with thier tongue while inserting thier finger in her vagina and playing with her G-spot
