I have gone through all your three questions. This girl is in USA, married with this man who is not giving her enough to spend, she is job less but searching one, wants to help her parents when she gets job, her in-laws & parent’s relations are not so good. All these facts which I could gather from your questions only show that this marriage is new & requires lots of adjustments. No doubt getting job any where is not a easy thing specially in USA & that too if your English is not so good or upto their standards. The husband after marriage should devote more time for her, encourage her & even help her to find a good job, no doubt a daughter’s responsibility is for most for her husband & maybe to some extend his family, but she still will have some responsibility for her parents too. I have seen many married daughters giving full financial support to their parents if the parents are disabled & no other person (brother) to support them. Even the Indian laws (section 125 of criminal procedure code) provide this feature that even married daughters are supposed to financially help parents who are old & disabled. I will suggest this girl should now make it a point clear with her husband that she is an independent person & has full rights to take certain decisions of her own for which neither he nor his parents should interfere. He should help her to get a job & she should have full control over the money she earns, no doubt she is also supposed to contribute a part of her earning for house hold use but the rest she cannot be questioned where & how she spend or to whom she gives. Economic independence is the important feature we see now in all the ladies of the world & nothing wrong in this rather we should support & encourage it.

It is true in most cases. But to a great extent this could be solved provided right before marriage the girl makes it clear to the would be husband and his parents, if need be in the presence of common elders that even after marriage the girl has to support her own parents and even decide about the quantum of help every month or as percentage of the salary and she would keep her bank account seperately and if need be provide monetary help to own brothers and sisters for education etc.
If you can choose the right type of person the problem could be solved easily. May be select a husband who does not have such big committments!!!!Rather he becomes a ghar jamai(hen pecked husband devoted to the wifes side!!!!)

First of all, I know I'm not a guy but I'm gonna answer anyways. It really depends on the type of guy. But yeah a lot of guys like innocent girls, and some like dumb girls who pretend the have a brain of a 5 yr old. But most guys aren't usually attracted to the type of girl who "pretends" to be dumb and innocent for an actual relationship since I could understand that they would easily get bored with that kind of girl since she acts like she doesn't know anything. And the guys ur talking about probably only give her that kind of attention when she's around becuz they know they can easily use her and then dump her. Sooo yeah

Actually girls have more love on their parents.Earning girls before marriage definitely support their parents but after marriage they need one basic qualification from their husbands that is generosity. If the girls don't do any thing for their parents after their marriage then the husbands are the cause.

Discuss with your husband and let him realise that you also have responsibilities as him. He may resist initially but explain him why your need to support your parents and how this is not going to affect your future. Remember your first responsibility is towards your own family, then your parents and then anybody else.

U must talk to your husband, and see. Even today, there are men who allow the wife to support her family, in days of necessity, with her own earnings, at least.

Thats depends on that girl.If boys can ,then why can't girls.Don't think about society.Don't think what others will say. It is a responbility of a girl also to look after her parents as they did when she was dependent.Parents should also regard girls n boys alike.
