I'm not trying to be mean, but it really looks like she put on a lot of weight. Who thinks it was just the dress, and who thinks she really blew up?

My friend's Dr. wants to remove the valve between her esophagus and small intestine, hoping it will make her quit vomiting. I was told by another doctor that this is major and has many bad side effects, but my friend is afraid her doctor will get mad if she asks for a second opinion.

My gorgeous loving healthy five year old dog was just diagonsed with kidney failure due to food poisoning. This is no ordinary dog. She is the best friend I ever had; The best dog I have ever known. I took her to the vet because she was losing weight. Unlike humans, dogs still produce urine when in renal failure. We do not know if she will live. Or how she will be if she does live. The food was DRY FOOD. Nutromax from Pet Smart. This food is their own brand. Last year, a woman promoting Nutromax as premium, talked me into buying it. I did because the dog was bored with the mail order premium dog food she was eating. Now Pet Smart is not even answering the phone or talking to anyone. They say fax your vet bill. The media has not sufficiently warned. I had no idea. Several weeks ago at the first mention that dry food might be involved I changed back to Flint River Ranch . The damage is already done.
What is being done about this?
Get your dogs to the vet and have them tested!

I'm a 28 year old female. It get really irritated and depressed living with my mom, she is the most negative and critical person I've ever known. But since I am still studying and not happy at my job because they humiliate me and treat me like a servant. I am not sure if I should move out with a roommate. I wanted to save some money but I am getting really stressed living with my mother and my step sister.
What would you do?

So the economy is doing pretty well. Now, most sensible people know this has nothing to do with Bush, but we are talking about Democrats here.

So, I am not available to accept your apology, and to hear you guys say that George Bush has turned the economy around, and it is completely his doing that is making the economy so great. After all, it was his fault when it was bad, right?

Or do you only blame Bush when he does something bad???

Would you feel like you were getting a pay cut if you where working for a company that put 5% into your 401K in addition to what you what put in there, and you were guaranteed a raise every year that ranges from 2% to 5% if you then went to a company who does not guarantee a raise every year, but the year you don't get a raise they will you one week vacation and a check for $500.00 as an alternative.

The other pros and cons are the 1st company offers the raise and the 5% into your 401K, but there is no room for growth, and there will not be, and based on what I am asking for, if I get this new job with the two cons of no percentage going into the 401K, and no guarantee of a raise every year, I would be making about $4255.00 more annually. SO my question is would I really be taking a pay cut?

Also the 1st company gives you a raise, but it's about $500.00 to $800.00 added onto your annual salary

Example: $30,200.00 to $30,800.00

I found a picture in my b/f phone of another girl that was texted to him. Under the contacts list it was under Charlie (a boys name) but it was of a female. I don't know if he's trying to hide the fact that it's a girl and just put it under a boys name or if one of his guy friends sent it to him. All the other girls he have in his phone are under the right names under his contacts though. He cheated on me 2 years ago and I still feel like I am being over zealous (paranoid) for no reason but at the same time I know all about the other girls. I have met them already or it is one of his co-workers and I met them too. Please Help a Distraught Woman!!! I really do love him though and plus we have a 4 month old together. I really am tring to get past the past but I am SCARED. Should i confront him about it? I don't really think that's smart b/c he will know I was in his phone.

I did my own taxes for the first time this year. Using tax software, I plugged in what my refund would be if I had no stock sales in 2006. BTW, my tax bracket is 15% and I'm in New York.

Without Capital Gains:

Federal Refund : $400 and State Refund : $1460


Capital Gains of only $4416.

Federal : $260 (I owe) and State Refund : $1037

According to an online Capital Gains calculator I used, my Federal tax should be $662 (which explains why my refund went from $400 to minus $260). What I can't understand is why my State refund dropped so drastically.

I am bisexual. Just like you all say you're lesbian (born that way) or straight (born that way), I was born this way. I can fall in love, have a relationship with, get hot for both women and men. I do not carry on two relationships at a time; I just can form a significant relationship with either/or. Why do lesbians and straight women find this so hard to grasp, call me a slut/frustrated lesbian/faker etc?
