you saw eachother one night and hit it off instantly, she was still upset about catching her x cheating and you listened to her. You drove her home and ended up holding her till she slept. you are both extrmemly attracted to eachother, but because of 'guy code' (you are friends w/her x) you feel you cannot pursue her. Would you still think about her later in life?

We both really do not want to go.His brother is jumping into a doomed marriage with a witch of a girl(I know this personally, she used to be my roomate). No one on his side of the family likes her.She has a free ride, and he would never leave her(he's never had a gf before,so he's hooked). They fight alot according to other family members and he's called crying to his mom/dad a few times after. We had a bbq last summer and she wouldn't let him man the grill cuz "he'd screw it up".They can't manage their money at all and have borrowed over $3000 from his dad over the last 2 years and haven't even started to pay him back, even though he lost his job.She even argued with his dad about the amount that they owe! & she wants a huge $17,000 wedding and she only works part time.I think they only got engaged for the fun of it,which was Aug/ 2005,and the wedding isn't supposed to be until Aug/2008,3 years! She's even planning on asking for $ for gifts, so they can afford their London honeymoon.

Governor Jon Corzine of New Jersey, who was critically injured recently in an auto crash, is a case in point. According to reports, he was NOT wearing a seat belt and his vehicle was racing at 91 mph. Of course, he wasn't driving and his vehicle had its emergency lights flashing, which may have contributed to the crash. Can we assume that the governor either consented to or requested that rate of speed? And, if you're late for a meeting, can YOU speed down the road at 91 mph?

In the past, according to the bible, god did many things that were definitively him, parting the Red Sea, flooding the entire world, changing Moses's walking stick into a snake, changing water into wine. why did he stop giving proof of his existence after the bible was written?

Our 7 month old Springer Spaniel WAS housetrained. I worked so hard with her, was very patient, lots of praise and had her urinating in one spot in the yard only. She went almost 3 months with no accidents in the house, then we got her spayed (at 6 months of age).

Right after the operation she had a few accidents but seemed to be getting back to herself. About two weeks ago however, she peed on the kitchen floor and my husband stepped in it. He called her over, yelled, stuck her nose in it and smacked her rear end (all counterproductive and stupid moves, I know!).

So, now every time he comes home, she squats and pees as soon as she sees him (on the carpet, in her bed, wherever!). I am pretty sure this is submissive urination; what I'd like to know is what can he do to reverse the situation he has created?

Please, if you can help it would be VERY much appreciated.

Oh, and my husband has learned his lesson (I hope); I make HIM clean up the messes she makes now!!!

My 7 month old daughter is usually a very happy baby. Recently shes started to try and crawl, getting very frustrated that she can't. Well the last two days she has been waking up way earlier than normal (about 4am) and she wakes up screaming bloody murder, which never ever happens. She screams until i lay her on the floor to play. than shes happy and content while attempting to crawl.
Is this just milestone waking thats makin her so cranky or do you think its something else?

I'm 21, I've never gone on any dates, except for the prom. I'm starting to feel like I'm really missing out on a lot of stuff. A collegue gave me an ultimatim. By Wednesday I have to at least approach someone and asked if they'd like to hang out, on campus preferably at the cafeteria. I was brought up very conservatively. I don't like drinking or partying. The last time I tried to ask someone out the person ended up being taken and it didn't end very prettyly. I'm still a little haunted by it. How do I do this?
