No. Advil is neither psychologically nor physiologically addictive.

Well, it doesn't make you addicted but basically any medication can cause addiction to an extent. I've known people who believe that at the first sign of a headache they'll pop in 7 advils. To me that sounds like an addiction. To be cliche, too much of something - especially medication/drugs isn't really that good for anyone. Personally for me, I take medication rarely, so if I really do need it, it works great.

I don't think you can be addicted to it but you should certainly limit how much you take. Advil is basically ibuprofen which is not good for your kidneys if taken in large doses. Its okay to take every once in awhile but if you're taking them all the time you could cause serious health problems in the future. So if you really need to keep taking pain relievers you should look into taking something else.

Yes! I was once. Not good. I stopped on my own, but I had to get Every pill out of my house. Wasn't easy either. You get really bad headaches and think that you need the Advil. But too many Advil can actually cause headaches. Not to mention the withdrawal symptoms cause headaches too.

You can not be physically addicted to Advil. That is you will nt go through withdrawl if you stop taking it. In fact if you take if for long periods of time you can damage your liver.

You can potentially be addicted to pain medications. But only if you continue to take them over and over. Then you will be immune to them. So its not the BEST idea to continuously take them. So it is possible but it doesnt happen frequently. Last year my mom thought I was addicted to tylenol because i took it about once a day for a week, because of my migranes and headaches. But I wasnt. I hoep that helps!

Sure, at least psychologically. Many people with chronic pain from sports or arthritis take aspirin or Advil every day--and truly suffer if they can't.
