Hi everyone!

I've recently become a registered psychologist, dealing most with depressed and suicidal individuals. I have received many questions and comments about what perspective of psychology I belong to (both on line and on the net) and I have responded with the fact that I am a bit of a mixture of all perspectives – each perspective brings something else to the table. This got me thinking about a possible new field of research that I may be interested in carrying out. I was thinking to study the various views on depression depending on the various areas of psychology. I am asking for opinions. What is your perspective on depression: is it chemical, emotional, etc.? Why do you think so? I hope this makes sense.

By the way, not to worry, I will not be including any of this in research. I was just wondering if the general people thought it was a worth while study. Psychology is all about people. No point studying something that won't benefit them. Any questions, just conta

Lately it seems that the quality of the questions being asked in the R&S selection are somewhat lower. I have to really search for a good question to answer. What do you think?

My BF dumps me because he can't see us long term..even if he loves me now...then he calls the next morning and we have got together a few times since and he doesn't want to talk about it...biut he took me out to the place we went on our first date, coinstantly tells me how much he loves me and asks me over for a romatic dinner he wants to cook me...

what the h is he thinking?

I would love to keep our relationship just as it was but now I am questioning everything. Does he feel guilty? Did he change his mind?

I'm not looking for the long term commitment that seemed to scare him away. I just want to enjoy things right now.

How would I find the tare weight for say a 2000 Ford F-350 or a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 ( single wheel) I haul travel trailers for fleetwood and am wondering how to get tare weight to know what I can legaly haul

Why people dont like politicians any more??? They TALK pretty good?

I have tried eveything I can think of. I have been treating the Ick with Quick cure for nine days, took out my carbon for my filter, raised the temp to 83 degress, added 4 tsp. salt to my 10 gallon tank, and my fish (dwarf gouramis-2) have only gotten worse. Now they just sit at the top of the tank, motionless. This has been such a frustrating ordeal. Can anyone help me? PH is 6.9-I have not tested for nitrates, hardness, or nitrites. Tank is heavily planted and was set up 3 months ago with a two week fishless cycling period.
