Obviously, they have a history of being very slippery with facts.
Do we need to change the oath they take as more and more are questioned? Tighten things up and give them less "wiggle room"?

My close friend lets call her grace and I made a promise to eachother that we would never steal each others boyfriends and then I have a guy friend that I have liked for YEARS and she knows it and I can't date yet and she can so she go's and asks him out and now they are dating!

now she tries to talk to me like nothing happened even though it did. she is always talking about them kissing and stuff. Sometimes I hate her!

How can I forgive and forget!

my 17 year old sister insists that she is ready to buy an 8-week-old chihuahua. my parents already have it enough with a 9 year old miniature poodle and refuse to take care of it. my sister insists that she is ready to take care of a living creature, but my parents and i all agree that she is not prepared for such a commitment. she and her boyfriend will take turns caring for the dog, and the dog will go with my sister to work. i believe it is unfair for the dog to have to be taken from place to place. my question is, what is a good way for me to convince my sister that buying this dog is a bad idea?

My sister and former BIL have been divorced for about 5 years. Just today, she received a call from a collection agency about a $1500 Discover Card charge-off from 1993. They had my former BIL listed as the "borrower" and her as the "co-borrower". She says that she doesn't remember them ever having a Discover card, and furthermore she has since remarried and has a non-published phone number, so she's wondering how they even got her number to call her. Is there a statute of limitations on a unpaid debt such as this? She and the former BIL lived in the same house, with the same telephone number from 1994 until 2002 or 2003 when they divorced, and he continues to live there right now. He only in the last year or so had the house phone disconnected, so the phone number was the same one they'd had since moving there 13 years ago, and that one WAS a published number. I told her I'd try to find out if there is a statute of limitations. Can anyone help??? Thanks!

I need help with the following questions, please tell me the answer and how you got it (the steps, or formula)

1) ABCD is a parallelogram with A (5,4), B (-1,-2), C (8,-2). Find the coordinates of D.

2) ABCD is a rectangle with B (-7,3), C (5,3), D (5,-8). Find the coordinates of A.

hi, i have a dliema. my visi deluxe broke the other day and i need to get another heater.

i've decided to go for the visi stealth since its plastic and has great reviews.

i went to petsmart today and they only have the 50, 100, and 250 watts avilable.

now, my tank is 40 gallons with about 25 gallons water filled up.
the 100 watt heater is for 30 gallons and 250 is for 55.....

if i get the 100 watt, is that too little, if i get the 250 watt, is that too much?

i wanna get the 200 but they dont have it in stock and i would like to get it quick.

what do you think? thank you.

ps. i also asked if they could match online prices because the store prices are so much more expensive! i think it is ridiculous becuase the store price for 100 watt one is $31.99!!!!!, while on petsmart.com the same 100 watt is 17.99.
they said yes as long as i print it out and bring it. and tahts what im gonna do.
