I have a Foreman Grill nd I love it. To check for doness, after 6-7 minutes, open the lid, and with a prong from a fork, pierce the chicken to see if the juices are running clear, or u can slit it to see ifits still pink, but I just poke it with a prong from a fork, that way the juices don't all drip out like it would slitting it.

I use my grill for almost everything from grill ham and cheese sandwiches to chicken. Like luvbein'mom stated, there are so many factors to look at the best think to do is to check it when YOU think it should be done. The thick meats and meat with bone in them take longer than thinner boneless pieces.

no, i can't tell you a set time b/c there are so many factors:
-temperature of the meat. was it frozen? refridgerated?
- thickness of the meat.
-did you place it on the grill as soon as you plugged it in, or wait for it to heat up?
so many factors...but, i just usually cut the meat at the thickest part and see if it's white all the way through.
