I'm a 21 year old male, 5' 11'', approximately 180 pounds. I joined a gym about three weeks ago and have had several personal training sessions since that time. I never belonged to a gym before and never had a structured exercise or diet regime. I'm pretty out of shape, but naturally athletic. My goal is to maintain a 175 - 190 pound weight with well defined muscles.

I would like to know if there is any type of product that I can buy that would totally replace regular solid food. I think that I would be able to follow a diet more easily while I'm training if everything were pre-prepared for me or easily made using only a blender. Shakes, smoothies... whatever. Just as long as there is NO GUESSWORK involved in preparing meals. Two scoops of this, six times a day.... that kind of thing.

Please let me know if there is anything out there that would fulfill my requirements in responsible way.

I'm planning on getting a house soon and I thought I'd give my FICO score a boost by paying the $5500 I owed last month, but when I checked my score this month (nothing else changed) my score was down 90 points, did I do more damage than good? seems very strange to me (I get my FICO score every month, and like I said, I haven't applied for anything, or done anything to my credit in the last year, I did have revolving balances and was using normal credit, but this is very unexpected!!!

So I heard aloe vera can relieve stress and reduce redness on skin. My face is usually red and feels tired, especially around the cheek area, so I wanted to try using aloe vera. I found a sunblock that contains aloe vera (well, it says that on the front; in the inactive ingredients section it says 'aloe barbadensis leaf juice').

I want to know if using this sunblock for the purpose of relieving stress and redness would work. The sunblock is Banana Boat, by the way.
