First, liquid sodium does require a temp of about 90C to form. It certainly would more corrosive, due to the reactivity of sodium. However, sodium is stored under an inert liquid to keep it from exposure to air, so it would probably cause an explosion if you had the opportunity to stick something in it (including your hand).

Sodium liquid hands down. Sodium liquid reacts with water explosively to form hydroxide. Not only is this extremely corrosive, but there is an explosion involved.
